powering up ATX PSU for external use

hello,

i want to use an ATX PSU to power the cold cathode lights i bought to light up the underneath of my desk however the lights only use Molex connectors hense the reason for the PSU.

I need to know which plugs on the PSU i need to connect a soft switch to, to make it power on i found a diagram of the layouts but i cant make heads nor tails of it...

To turn the power supply on you need to connect pin 14 PS-ON (the green wire) to any ground (any black wire).
