Building My First Computer...

And I'm wondering if there is any guide on the net I can follow on putting it together, or should I just get someone else to do it?

I really want to learn how to put one together, and I'm buying the parts in a few weeks, any help would be great.

Hi again,

Whew, found another link for you. If you take the time to go through this, you should have a successful build. There is no greater thrill in the world of computers to do your first build and fire it up. So much for that, here is the link....happy reading:

Hi,

I guess there would be a link out there if you search Google, but let me tell you this. There is basically no difference, except that the CPU is made by Intell and the other one by AMD. When you build, there is no difference in my opinion and I do build both. I liken it to be like a car, same components, usually made by same company, but engine is a different brand name only.
