Building a new computer, HEEEELP!
Okay... a few weeks ago i decided to build my own system. My problem is when i boot it up the computer turns itself off after about 30 seconds. I get no beeps or anything on the boot up either. I have tried re-seating the processor and no luck.
Here is the general spec: 400W Power Supply Socket 775 p4 2.8ghz 800mhz fsb Abit AG8 Third Eye motherboard 512 DDR Ram 40Gb Ide Harddrive X800Xt Radeon Pci-Express I was also wondering if the computer turning off has anything to do with the Power connector to the motherboard. My PSU connector is 20pin and the motherboard has a 24pin slot although it does say it is compatible with a 20pin could it be causing the problem? |

That PSU is bare minimum for a system like that, what are the amperes for it?
