Computer wont boot
I am having some trouble with my computer. It was working fine until I removed the modem from the motherbroad. Now it wont boot. Its as if there is no power running to the computer for it to boot up. I have tried different power supply cables but to no avail. I don't understand why it should not work anymore.
Does anyone have any suggestions that i should try!!! PANIA |

Did you unplug the power cable from the back of the machine before you removed the modem? If not, you could have damaged the motherboard or power supply. Some power supplies have leds on them to show if they are working correctly. A few motherboards have voltage leds also.
The easiest way to troubleshooot this is to replace it with a known good power supply.
