does anyone know if their are any type of FREE program I can download to make my computer go faster,like a computer boost or whatever you want to call it?

Unfortunalety there is no such thing. If your computer works at its designed speed (CPU, RAM etc) and is well maintained (no malware infections etc) then no program can make it magically go any faster. Any program telling you it can is bogus.
The only way to make it faster is by upgrading its components.
