Computer Freeze After 19 hours of being on.

Yesterday, after having my computer on for 19 hours, I decided to watch a Naruto episode at about 1 oclock in the morning. After about a minute of the video, the computer froze, nothing I could do, so I restarted my computer, and turned on the episode and after about a minute or two, the computer froze again. Then I left my computer off for about 5-10 minutes, turned it on, and it was fine no freezing or anything. Is my computer overheating or somthing, because most of my friends can leave there computers running 24/7 without a problem like this. Could this be some kind of problem with my power supply, I have a 350 watt raidmax powersupply?

Do you have problems shutting down your computer, I had Roxio Easy Cd Creator 5, it caused my computer to reboot when I hit shutdown, and this messed up my PSU after time.
