Monitor to TV

I'm looking for a cheap way to send the image on my monitor to my TV

My video card is not TV out and my computer is too far away from my tv to run cables anyway (Though if the only option is a 20ft cord of some kind I can do that)

I do have a wifi network if that helps

Well, you have two choices. You can get a card with a TV out or possibly spend more dough and get a VGA->RCA adapter unit. Wi-Fi won't do anything in this case.

yes, the few VGA -> RCA adapters i have seen, are very expensive.

plus, if your tv doesn't have RCA input, you'd need to either run it through a VCR, or one of the RCA->CATV adapters.

i will do a google search and see about VGA->RCA adapters.

Here's one:
219$
CableStop VGA to RCA adapter

i did notice some cheaper ones in the google search i did, so i am going to include my search results. you will have to do some checking, and see which ones will meet your budget.

results of Google search for "VGA to RCA"

(NOTE: some of these companies are selling a cable that simply has a vga on one end, and 3 peice rca on the other end. however, some of these companies are listing them as not for computer use in any way, so you might want to read a few, and find one that says it will work in a "PC to TV situation.)

Here are some options that might suit your needs:

I've purchased their Audio+Video Wireless product (found elsewhere on their webpage) and am happy with its performance.
