I procured a TI99/4A
And I don't yet know what I'm going to do with it. Included in the mess is a TI expansion thing, with a 5-1/4" floppy drive. And lots of those floppies!. About 8 cartridges, an expansion thing so three cartridges can be used at once, books. Someone was really into this at one time.

I had a Heathkit H89 computer. Built it from scratch. It was about the same vintage as your TI. It had a Z-80 CPU, no hard dives, everything ran off the memory or off floppies. We did manage to add more memory by stacking memory chips ontop of each other.
