smaller size computer

i would like to make a small computer on the cheaper side for my tv. i wouldnd be doing much with it;mostly recording shows, maybe browsing some websites, and editing the shows with microsoft movie maker. it doesnt need to be too powerful so it should stay cheap. th only thing is im wondering where to get a smaller case and motherboard if possible.

Micro-ATX cases and MB's are quite common, there are a lot of choices.
