Burner uninstalled, lost CD

Somehow my CD burner is no longer installed on the computer. It's weird because I burned something a couple of months ago. It's not really a problem except that I no longer have the install CD that came with it so the burner is good for nothing more than a paper weight.
What are my option here? Can I get the company to send me another CD?

It's a Plexwriter 24/10/40U

Thanks.....so far nothing there is helping me except for a customer service number. I tried to DL one of the upgrades but it said that no driver was found after the DL.
My comp. doesn't even list the Plextor brand when I try to add new hardware under SCSI controllers.
I'll try and call and see what happens unless you have some more advice.

I found out that (stupid me) the USB was not plugged in for the burner. However, the software is not there still and I haven't been able to call Plextor yet. The comp shows that I have an E: drive now but there is no CD burning program on the comp. WMP says that there is no driver detected when I try to use it to burn.
