I dont think so - it should be part of the emachines BIOS. Some boards allow for changing the BIOS boot logo - but in some cases its not without risk. Either way i doubt the cheap board in the emachines will allow for customizations anyways....
Why would you want to change it (or disable it) ?

If it's only there for a coupla seconds I wouldn't worry about it. It's just like wanting a can of coke without coca-cola written on the tin. Pretty irrelevant really.

It can be done on the BIOS. I have done it on my inlaw's eMachine. There is a place to enable or disable boot logo.

look for an option called "quiet" in the bootup logo section of the bios.

It should make the logo go away.
