What do these do?...

Cwsdpmi.exe
Dos32
Dos4gw.exe
Glide2x.dll

...also, how do i unzip them and put them in my C:\Windows\ directory?

I'd also like to know if this can damage anything.

The files you indicated don't appear to be zipped so should not require unzipping. The games on the page I linked you to are zipped however, and there is a link on the page to a unzipping application (PKunzip) you can download and install if you don't already have winzip on your system. Also the files you listed don't appear to be dangerous. ARE you going to play games with this, or is there some other application you have in mind?

I was also having trouble with something else.

The thing is, i can only open a certain program from a folder when its on my desktop. I can't open it when its in my program files nor can i open it when the program itself is pinned to my start menu.

It just won't load up properly, but when i open it from the folder on my desktop, it works fine.
