Cant Burn CD's
A friend called to tell me he can no longer burn CD's. Every CD program he uses (Windows Media, Easy CD Creator, etc ) produces an error. He says he's tried different speeds etc with no luck. Before I go take a look at it tomorrow I was wondering if this issue sounds hardware related or more software related (BIOS etc)
