headphone speaker ...

i mostly use headphones .. but when i wanna use my speakers i have to get up and go behind my computer which on the bottom and change from headphone to speaker and change it back quit often .. which is annoying .. and at compusa i saw this thing where i can just plug both in this one thing and i can use a button switch to swtich off from speaker to headphone ... and i was wondering .. does anyone kno what this is called ... becuz i dont wanna go to compusa and just descrbe this item the way i just did .. it would be embarassing haha

just get a audio video adaptor
2xrca sockets
1xrca plug
a few dollars at local comp store,radio shack
