Mp3 Player Disk Error

Firmware Ver.

MP3 Player
BKSC202511_02
2008-11-12
9.5.54
2008-09-05

Problem:
After Reformatting it, it starts to give me an error of "Disk Error"
Don't know how it happens, and i tried the solutions i find on the net.
Still, no luck...
If anyone knows how to solve this problem
Please help me!!
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the unit has failed. Reformating is typically done by the unit itself.

No. My point is the unit is self contained. If it can't format itself, there isn't anything that you can do. If it's under warranty have it replaced.
