Accessing the files with administrator protection
At this forum , i mentioned about 2 problems about me but no solution came.Maybe this came it will.
I use ide 80 gb harddisk now. My mainboard doesnot support sata drive. But at past i used to use sta harddisk,i have this harddsik still and in it there is windows and important files. İ tried to use sata ide covnerter to be able to use it but incompatibility appeared. Now i use sata to pci (pci to sata) and can access the drives, soem drives but after opening ide windows. So i cant open sata harddisk as primary. What i want is being able to access the drive of windows in sata harddisk. How can i enter this drive?Because while using it, i had administrator password so now it doesnot let me enter. How can i unlock it? |

Re: Accessing the files with administrator protection
You should be able to access all of the files. You won't be able to boot from that drive. If the files are password protected, you likely won't be able to access the files.

Re: Accessing the files with administrator protection
When i use that harddisk, i made admin password. When windows begining, it was asking password.
Now i cant access that files. İt says unaccessable. Files ar e not protected. I meant, for example C:\Documents and Settings after this C:\Documents and Settings\Battal Gazi user i cant open that user. |

Re: Accessing the files with administrator protection
I don't know that you can access those files without being able to boot from that drive again.
