Cintiq Pen Registeration
Hello,
I bought a Cintiq 12W from Wacom and I notice that 1 out of 8 times it detects the pen but refuses to let it interact with anything on the screen. The only way to fix it is to lift the pen off, wait a few seconds, then try again, hoping it would work normally. And when it works, it works perfectly. It acts the same way on my brother's Windows XP and at my workplace's Mac OS X. Is it a pen defect or the tablet problem? Is there a quick fix or do I have to send for a new replacement? Thanks :) -Tommy |

Re: Cintiq Pen Registeration
I would suggest contacting the vendor. My first thought would be that it is defective. But you will need to contact the vendor to confirm anyway.
