Battal Gazi

I had sata harddisk as main harddisk and sata mainboard. İ also had ide harddisk but i did nout use it because it is small and ide

Then i had to change my mainboard.But new mainboard doesnot have any sata.

So i bought sta ide converter card. İ tried to work but it did not work. They said these sata ide converters have problems with old mainboards (mine is old).

So i went and change it to sata pci.... Now i put it but as you know, pci means after you open windıows, you can use it.

So my windows is in now ide harddisk. After i open my windows, i can see my sata harddisk with pci

What i want is using sata mainobard as main...İt has windows in it.Only solve is using sataide comnverter.But i said i used it and did not work.

İ want to ask that:

- I only put power to sata converter as you can see vrom picture. So i did not put power to harddisk like how i put extra power in pci. Bevause they said sata converter has aldreadypower so no need it.

I wonder maybe i couldnot work it becayse of this power cable. So should i use extra 2. pwoer cable to harddisk?Or it did not work with mainboars?

- And i think there is no way to use pci sata but is there any chance of using sata harddisk as main with sata pci?
