Trying to copy files from one drive to another..

WRONG! What am I doing wrong?

I have a laptop that I am sending to HP for repair (Warranty). They told me they will be re imaging it so I should back up my data. Well easier said then done the laptop will not boot. So I bought a device to plug laptops HD into another PC. All I want to do is copy all my important documents and be done with it.

It only let me do my pictures. All the rest keep getting a Access denied message. Even when I uncheck "Read Only" it still won't let me copy to another drive.

Any ideas.
