Re: Blank Screen
Test the monitor on another computer, and try a known-good monitor on this computer. Check the cables and connectors.

Re: Blank Screen
avira is not good... i recommend avg internet security.... if same prob occurred, black screen, benchtest ur pc... if u hear one beep, its cmos is posting and ur pc will run normally.. but if theres no beep, theres a prob... probably no monitor output...

Re: Blank Screen
what i mean by no monitor output was, ur pc is not posting normally... that would be the effect... i didnt say ur monitor is damaged... ok??!!!
benchtest ur pc... if there is no improvements, use a multitester and test the +12V line on the atx 4pin+12v line.. should read between 11.60v to 12v if it reads below 11V then the try swapping some working psu... btw, mcaffeee is also good.. but u should use the macaffee internet security... coz its complete... pls state pc specs....!!!! Re: Blank Screen
please post your specs.
what amd processor is it? what msi motherboard is it? what ram make is it? what power supply is it? you need to give people a bit more to go on since we can't see your pc we need know what it is and what it has. I highly doubt this a virus
