raw files

hi i was using sony usb 2.0 pendrive(flashdisk)128 mb. somehow i tried to format it as it was showing all squares-squares on my word files.
but when i formatted it by using 2000(stupid i was)since then i could not use the pendrive as it says raw file system and windows cant format it or view it but pc detects usb device.
does anyone knows now how to use this device again i had plenty of imp. cv's on it.
in short how this stupid raw files i should get rid off so that i start using sevice again.

In Disk Manager, can you right click on the left side of the graphic display and Initialize the drive? Then you should be able to format it.
