CDROM drive with an aversion to CD-RW discs
Hi, I was just wondering if some CDROM drives have a problem reading CD-RWs. I have a Fujitsu 765TX laptop and it won't read CD-RWs at all, though it does read CD-Rs. Is this normal or is the drive faulty.
Thanks Derek |

I don't know if the drive's faulty but I do know for a fact that a percentage of conventional CD players wont play CDRW's but will play CDR's.
Perhaps the same rule applies to CD ROM's? Last edited by cdfreelancer; 03-04-2005 at 05:53 PM. |
