Disc drive problem

So I got myself a new zune so I had to download some kind of new zune software. The software will not launch so I looked it up and I had to reset my DRM to get everything to work. Software worked, zune worked, happy day. BUT the other day I tried listening to a cd but my disc drive wont read it. Turns out it wont read anything. It was fine until I reset my DRM. Even if that is the problem I have no idea how to fix it. Anyways if anyone knows whats going on and how I'm supposed to fix this that would be great.

It would be great if I didnt have to buy a new disc drive or restore my pc. Thanks for the help :D
