Dell Dimension wont start up.
Hey,
Im not sure if this is in the right section. Apologies if it is not. I have a problem with my pc, recently Ive started to encounter a problem with my home pc. Its a Dell Dimension 2400 on win xp. When i click the button to turn the tower on, the light comes on, you can here the whole tower boot up for about 2seconds. It then automatically turns off and goes silent. Then it automatically starts back up and light comes on, but thats it. All i can hear is the fan and the noise of tower and screen stays black. I know the screen is workign as i used it as a 2nd monitor lately with my laptop. Im wondering as to why it starts up for 2seconds, cuts out, then restarts and not once do i see anything on the display. Any ideas? |
