OS: Vista x64 Ultimate

Screen going black and then back on

Hello, I have a SyncMaster 205BW that when I have anything on it more than winamp will go black randomly for anywhere from 2 seconds to 30+. It usually happens when I have my browser opened up. I have a dual screen set up and the other monitor works just fine. I changed the ports the monitor plugs into and the cables used and still no luck. If anyone has any suggestions on the reason or a possible fix I would be grateful.
