Pencil HP Pavillion m7750n output

Hello, I have, as the title says, a HP Pavillion m7750n media center PC. The computer runs well and everything and I have had it for 2 years but I really wonder how to use the numerous exit/enter ports. This image may help you understand but it's rather small.

In short, I have the same port my TV has plus 3 extra on the front, those same ports again behind aswell as cables to plug in Cable TV inputs and such. Now my question is, how can I get my Xbox360 wired in that. All the ports seem there but for what I saw, a driver to recognize devices is definatly missing. I don't have media center installed in there anymore and all those ports came with the PC, they're not mods or anything like that. The video card is a Geforce615LE.

Thanks for any help you might provide, Derek.
