Computer died, won't come back on.

Hello All,

I was online reading things about my sports teams when my computer shuts off, I go to turn it back on and it won't come back on. I tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in and what not and nothing seems to work.

I just got a new motherboard 3 days ago after my old one's sata pins all boke out.. the new Mobo is a ZOTAC G31MAT-A-E LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard, that I got off of newegg. I also have a nvidia geforce 9400 Inno 3d In it.

I tried my PSU on another computer and It turned on and stayed on so I know it works stil. It gets a 288 W Max, So could it be possible that it just won't work on my new motherboard and I should go and get a new PSU? or should I just send the Motherboard back.
