Syncmaster 2033 issues? Or am I being paranoid? (new montitor)

Right, its either my being paranoid or something is really weird with my new monitor.

Just came today, no problems physically with it, appears to be no problems playing movies games etc etc, nothing wrong with the picture quality or anything like that, but just now i noticed something very very bizzare:

I have around 13 icons on my desktop and was just moving them about to fit the err new 1600x900 max resolution I have, then all of a sudden i move one of my icons and it leaves behind this very faint, but noticeble black line that looks like:

-

^ except fainter and almost half the width.

I move the icon back over it and then away from it and it dissappears for a while, then after a little while i move the icon from its new place to another palce and theres another tiny black line!!

What the hell is happening here? Is my monitor broke after having less than 5 hours? Is it "pixel burn" or something of that nature?

I have been switching backgrounds just to make sure its not my picture, changing to different whites and greys so its still visible, so its not my picture.

It doesnt...appear to transfer to say in games, or to this (firefox) or other programs, so...help??

More info:

Currently got dynamic contrast off
Using MagicBright set to "Game"
MagicColour set to "Intelligent"

Nothing else touched.

Any ideas people? Is this a sign of something worse to come? I know its nitpicking a little bit but this never happened on my old monitor i had for nearly 3 years.

EDIT

Oh wait, i can take a picture of it using print screen!

Ok here: http://i26.tinypic.com/2doqc8.jpg

The fact I can take a picture of it using print screen, dissappears when i move the icon back over it, can ERASE it using paint, should hopefully give you some clue as to what the F is going on :S.

I don't know why it is leaving the lines but that's not right. Return it to the place of purchase or contact Samsung about a replacement.
