Confused Sudden Shutdown But Not When Playing Games

Hey Guys,
I'm having a very weird problem. When i use my computer for web surfing and things like that except gaming it suddenly shuts off. But When Playing games It does not happen. I used to run games like gta iv, Fifa 09 and mostly new games. When playing games it does not shutdown suddenly. I have formatted my computer twice and this happens with other OS like Ubuntu.

My pc specs:

CPU:

Graphics:

Voltage,Temp etc.

I'm sure it is not a overheating problem or a psu problem because it does not happen when playing games. Mostly GTA IV which uses high graphics, cpu and ram usage.

i will be glad to provide any information which you guys like to know more about this problem.

Please provide the information requested by Tyree. PSU details and BIOS readings.

Your temperatures and voltages look ok (were they taken at idle or under stress?), but we need more details on the PSU as you're having a power/shutdown problem.

Remove the side panel from your computer case to see the PSU label. Post back with the make/model and total watts.

Are you using a surge protector?
