[SOLVED] Frequency problem on new monitor ~

OK, so just got a new monitor for my PC, it works great at 1280 x 1024 (browsing the net, playing casual games like Peggle) but when i tried starting Battlefield 2 (which worked fine on the monitor before) the screen went blank and gave me the following message:

ATTENTION
SIGNAL FREQUENCY IS OUT OF RANGE
H:135.1 khz V:200.1 khz
PLEASE CHANGE SIGNAL TIMING

I've also tried my other games like Dead Space and Racedriver: GRID (both of which worked fine before) but they displayed similar messages.
Erm...any ideas?

Thanks in advance ~
(Not sure if this is the right place to put this, sorry!)

Turns out all i had to do was install the drivers for the monitor!
Yay!

Sorry if i wasted your time, but all the same, thanks!
