tv tuner card

I need to know if a Win tv-hvr 1600 mce tv tuner is ok for my desktop pc. Here is what I have, Dell Inspiron 530, windows vista 64 bit, processor intel(r) pentium(r), 4 g memory, GeForce 9600 gso video card. 500 watt power supply if that matters. I just want to put this card in, plug the cable in straight from the wall. (no cable box) and watch or record live tv. If anyone can help me, Please do. I'm not to good with comps. Thank You

Yes that card should work fine, just make sure you have a open pci slot then follow the instructions that come with the card to install and load the drivers
