Umm need more info ....Like do you actually have keyboard failure as in keyboard no longer works? do you get message b4 or after windows boots? if after does it work after boot then get message? have you tried another keyboard to see if it's your keyboard or your ps2/ usb connection? and which are you using ps/2 or usb keyboard?
