how to properly ground case?

should my psu be plugged into the wall and switched off while at the same time my anti static wrist band is attached to the case? if my anti static band is on and attached to the case, does the power supply still have to be plugged in and turned off?

My advise is that anytime you are working in that case to make sure that the rig is off and unplugged from the wall, regardless of whether you have the anti-static wrist band or not.

Same here. ALWAYS unplug the PSU when working inside the PC.
