monitor fuzzy

I was given a hp flat screen. Looks fairly new. I plugged it up and everything works well. But whenever i go onto you tube and i click to enlarge the video the picture is really off and fuzzy. I dont know what could cause this. I have looked threw all of the menu listings on the screen and nothing seems to fix it. i eventually just restored factory settings and nothing still works. Please help me if you can many thanks.

Re: monitor fuzzy

Model number of the monitor? If the HP came with a PC it's probably not a top of the line model.

Re: monitor fuzzy

I don't think it is top of the line model but it only goes fuzzy whenever I enlarge a video. It does not act strange any other time but then. When it does act strange its like lines or something like a barcode, like some lines are fat and then skinny and etc. the number is HPw1907.

Re: monitor fuzzy

That monitor is pretty good so your problem is probably elsewhere.

Re: monitor fuzzy

win xp
integrated video chip set
amd athlon 2.10GHZ
1.43 GB of ram
Compaq
250W
like i said the monitor acts strange whenever i go to full screen in a video. So if anything it would be the settings on the screen because the old monitor i had before this one didn't do that and that was like two weeks ago. Even though my video chip set inst all that great.
