POS System
I am setting up a POS System for my business and I have a Serial Cash Drawer as well as a Serial Printer using my serial Port.
I purchased a Serial splitter. I set up the cash drawer as Com3 and the printer at Com1. Neither device is working properly when using the splitter. The cash drawer is set up as a Generic Printer. Set both printers up in the Printer/Fax section of the Control Panel. The printer is an Epson H6000III which has got to be the hardest printer to install since the dawning of the caveman. Any ideas as to where I have made my mistake using this serial splitter cable. DB9 Female split to two DB9 Males. |
