i have a dell power edge server...running sbs2003 its pretty standard
has raid hard drives etc

will this ups be adequate?

im scared to buy stuff that wont hack it

Which model server are you using? Whether the UPS will be adequate depends on how much power the server uses and how long you woudl like it to operate before it shuts down.
