Rumble Pad 2 Sensitivity issue

Hey all, small issue with my controller.

For some reason, the Y axis (up and down) has lost all sensitivity in it...as i push the left analog stick up a tiny little bit...it shoots to the top.

Now...sounds like it maybe broke? Well...no.

Because i tried swapping the z/x over so left was right and right was left...the issue occurs on the right joy pad now, it just SHOOTS to the top of the little calibration box.

It only happens going up, left, right and down all work fine.

Im using the logitech profiler but...nothing in there can help me.

I need to use it for moving forward and slowly sometimes, if im sneaking etc.

So what could be wrong if it happens when I swap them over, as opposed to it being broken? Have I messed the calibration up somewhere?

Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
