Monitor Madness
Dear Whomever is amongst us,
My first time here - hope I'm doing the right thing(s). I've got a PC on XP with a Dell Triniton CRT monitor, which I've been happy with until - strangely, the image on the monitor shifted to the left - i.e. - I couldn't see about 2 inches of what should appear on the right. Manipulating the controls of the monitor, I was able to centre the image, so all desired could on the screen - but which shakes uncontrollably, continuously. When I press the degauzz button, the shaking stops, and it returns to the 'leftward-skewed' image. Incidentally, the acuity of the monitor has remained excellent. Please help! Re: Monitor Madness
Thank you for writing. I've tried different resolutions, which doesn't seem to fix the problem. Might I ask, please, if there is a means of determining a 'supported resolution'? Thanking you ~ Tom Phillips
