Blue Light on my Monitor!

Alright, I just got here from the XP area. My monitor is an HP vs17x. I have hooked it up to multiple computers with the same responce. The Blue light on the side blinking blue. Every so often, it will turn on and everythings fine! Until it turns off. Then it restarts over. At first, I thought it was a Video Card problem, Well, turning to another computer, that was quickly disproven. So now here I am, stuck with a monitor that Wont turn on. The light doesn't ever turn orange, like it usually does when you plug it in without plugging it into the computer. The only thing there is that blue light, flashing away. I pressed buttons on the side, Nothing. I tried everything!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! I really need my computer x.x And I can't use it if my monitor doesn't work!
