Dazzle Platinum Capture Card Issues
When I capture gameplay footage with my Dazzle Platinum, the footage is plagued with a strange beeping noise in the background and the footage keeps 'shimmering'.
I initially thought that it was how I had set it up, so I connected a games console directly into the Dazzle, but it still made the noise and still 'shimmered'. I'm beginning to think it's because I have a Laptop and not a Desktop. It can't be the Dazzle because it is almost new, I only got it a couple of months ago and it has had this problem since I started using it. What should I do? |
