Lights flicker, case fan doesn't stop?
A strange problem developed about a month ago. When I shut my computer off, the fan on the side of the case doesn't stop. Also, some blue LED's that are built into my case don't turn off completely, but rather they flicker. (The LED's came with the case.) If you wait, the flickering becomes less frequent and less intense, but it seems like it doesn't stop. The computer is a couple of years old. Any ideas about what's happening? Thanks.
