How to install and use Jump Drive

Don't know if I am in right area, but think I am. I have a Kingston Data Traveler 8GB Jump Drive, but it is not being recognized. I start computer, wait until fully loaded, plug in Jump Drive, get not recognized message in tray, all USB connections are shown when I click on message re no being recognized. Unknown Device highlihted. Go to Device manager, go to Device details and get message that no driver files have been loaded, or are required for this device.

Instructions re Wizard will open automatically after plugging in Jumper Drive does not happen.

Re: How to install and use Jump Drive

With XP SP1, I believe they will not have correct drivers for your Jump Drive.
Have you tried installing the correct drivers with it's installation CD?
