Monitor says "no signal"

Okay, this is kind of a minor issues, but I would still like some advice on it. I know it is excessive, but I have a 32 inch plasma screen Avol as my primary monitor and a 20 inch Norcent as my secondary.

Im having a minor issue with my Avol. When I turn both monitors off, and go to sleep, I wake up and turn both monitors back on. My computer makes the sound that it generally makes when it finds new hardware when I turn my plasma on. However, the plasma says "no signal" even know my computer recognizes it to be there. So, I have to restart my computer in order for the computer (laptop) to recognize it.

How do I get my TV to have a signal after it has been off for a while?

I have tried:
-Unplugging power
-Unplugging from computer
-Turning off and on the TV

Re: Monitor says "no signal"

Have you tried switching to different input modes on your plasma?
When the plasma was turned off, the correct input mode may of been restarted.
