computer is not using max ram ...+pic , please help

as i see, my system is not using its full amount of RAM , ? what can i do ? is it ok !? does anyone has it ? please i am clue less !

Yes you are using ALL your RAM. You have 1GB - and when Windows is running it obviously has already loaded processes and applications. So when you check that system information - you have about 400MB of programs/ processes running in your memory - thats what makes the diffrence from the 1GB to the available 570MB that are left to be used.

Just close a few applications or load a few and you'll see that the available memory will change - because more or less programs are loaded into the memory.
