Keyboard key problems
I was recently eating by my computer, even though I know how bad that is. There just itsn't enough room in a doorm room. Well, to make a long story short, I clumsily spilled milk onto the keyboard. I shut off the computer as quickly as possible and fliped the keyboard upside down to drain as much of the milk as possible. Then, I popped out the keys around the area and proceded to clean the area. Its a keyboard that is supposed to have kind of like a collection area if anything spills so it doesn't damage the keyboard. However, some of the milk must have gotten down in because now my up arrow and right arrow keys do not work. As far as I can tell, every other key works just fine.
Is there any way to fix these keys. I really like this keyboard and don't want to have to buy another. |

The same thing happend to my cordless phone, but it was a toddler who spilled the milk. At any rate, pop the keys off your keyboard again. If it is possible, separate the keyboard case (if this is not easy, I would advise against it). Under where the arrow keys are, there should be what look like metal contacts, probably gold colored. Take a q-tip and some alcohol (the rubbing kind) ane clean the contact. Re-assemble your keyboard. If this doesn't work and you need those keys, you may need a new one.
