[SOLVED] Whats going on with my screen?

I've been getting weird shadowy horizontal lines on my icons and mouse. What is the problem? Is it my LCD monitor or my on board graphics card and what can i do to resolve this issue? I have the latest version of my graphics card driver Catalyst

I can't see any horizontal lines in your images. Can you point them out?

The odd thing is i can't see them now! I just switched PSU from 300W to a gigabyte 550W and now its gone strange. Resolved.

Probably your graphics card was not getting enough power. Thanks for posting back with your solution.
