Mouse Problems
I am using my fiance's computer and am having troubles with his mouse. He works a lot and doesnt have time to figure out what is wrong with it, and doesnt know how to fix it. The mouse keeps turning off. At first it started just turning off and then coming back on after I moved it around a bit. But now it keeps turning off. It turns off every few minutes and is really frustrating me. I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I plug it into a USB in the front and a USB plug that is meant for mouse and it does the same no matter which USB plug I plug it into. I have never put a forum up or anything but the computer runs on Windows XP 64 bit. The mouse is a logitech optical mouse. someone please help...it is frustrating the hell out of me.

Re: Mouse Problems
From what you have said, it seems to be a problem with the mouse itself. Borrow a mouse from someone and see if it gives the same problem.
Otherwise, just buy a new mouse, they are very cheap. |
