Re: Power calibration error

Hi, welcome to TSF

If you've tried all the suggestions on that site, try a lens-cleaning kit.

What make/model is your drive?

What speed are you burning at?

Are you using plus or minus discs?

You can't burn files to standard DVDs. They have to be R or RW.

Re: Power calibration error

When you buy blank DVDs, they are labelled as DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R or DVD+RW (plus or minus). Some drives can only use one type or the other, not both.

Try burning at x2 speed, and check the manual to see if your drive supports both types.
