How do you make a peltier for a P4 socket 478?
Well the question is simple how do you make a peltier for a P4 socket 478? Give me very intense details cuz I don't want to mess up. Also how cold will the processor be around? I have the P4 3.0GHz E @ 3.9 and I want to get it higher, but I need something cold and I want something colder than water so peltier will do.
