G11 Keyboard Keys Remapped

I'm not sure how it happened, but when typing, the keys on my G11 keyboard will register a different set of keys.

For example, my p key will automatically add an [ key beside it, and the [ key always adds an p before it. Every time I type the letter p, it comes out as p[.

The L key continually activates fullscreen mode.

The r key stops registering occasionally.

Is there any fix to this, or is my keyboard defective?

Hi, welcome to TSF

If you've installed the driver and software, and tested it on another computer, and it still won't work, send it back for a replacement.
